1. Item 2 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning providing the rights of the military personnel and police officers to social protection" (2024, 22, the Art. 196) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to No. in the following edition:
"2. Determine that citizens of Ukraine aged from 25 up to 60 years which were acknowledged restrictedly suitable for military service before entry into force of this Law (except persons recognized in accordance with the established procedure as persons with disability) from the date of entry into force of this Law shall have till June 5, 2025 repeated medical examination for the purpose of determination of suitability to military service. Such citizens shall address independently to the territorial center of completing and social support (persons liable for call-up and reservists of the Security Service of Ukraine - in the Central management or regional bodies of the Security Service of Ukraine, persons liable for call-up and reservists of prospecting bodies of Ukraine - in the relevant division of prospecting bodies of Ukraine) or through electronic office of the recruit, person liable for call-up and reservist for the purpose of receipt of the direction on the military-medical commission for passing of medical examination".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
