About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About social services" concerning enhancement of provision of social services

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About social services" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2019, No. 18, Art. 73 with the following changes) the following changes:

1. In Article 1 part one:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1) basic social services - social services which provision is provided to receivers of social services according to this Law with the Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations, district public administrations, and also executive bodies in the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol rural, settlement, city, district in the cities (in case of their education) councils";

add with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1) maintaining case - the method of provision of social services providing accomplishment of the consecutive actions determined by article 18 of this Law, directed to estimation of availability/lack of difficult vital circumstances or risk of hit in difficult vital circumstances of person/family and, in the presence, the solution of individual case on person/family conclusion from difficult vital circumstances, providing interaction of social manager, social work specialist, social worker, receiver of the social services and other specialists involved to support to the receiver of social services";

in Item 5 "information and telecommunication" to replace the word with the word "information and communication";

add with Item 5-1 of the following content:

"5-1) multidisciplinary team - functionally allocated group of the specialists combined by general the purpose and tasks on provision of social service";

state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6) suppliers of social services - legal entities and physical persons, including physical persons - the entrepreneurs entered in the register of suppliers and receivers of social services";
