1. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of June 2, 2016 No. 297 "About modification of the Instruction about procedure for refinancing by National Bank of the Republic of Belarus for banks of the Republic of Belarus in the form of transactions the SWAP";
the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2017 No. 514 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for refinancing by National Bank of banks in the form of the credits for support of current liquidity";
the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2018 No. 199 "About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus";
the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 13, 2023 No. 445 "About change of resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of February 8, 2013 No. 76 and of December 19, 2017 No. 514".
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 28, 2025.
