About creation of Public chamber in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Create Public chamber in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Public chamber), and also public chambers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and the city of Tashkent (further - regional public chambers).

2. Determine the main activities of Public chamber:

adjustment of modern form of the system and effective dialogue combining the efforts of the state, citizens and institutes of civil society aimed at the further accelerated and all-round development of the country, and also ensuring coordination of their social interests;

assistance in activation of participation of citizens in cases of the state and society, and also in implementation of modern mechanisms of public-private partnership;

system studying of opinion of the population, discussion of topical issues on places and in the industries concerning the population, institutes of civil society and the public, and also introduction of offers to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in chambers of Oliy Majlis and the Government about development of the corresponding regulatory legal acts on their permission;

initiation of carrying out basic and practical researches in the field of development of civil society with the participation of scientific and expert groups with the organization of system studying, generalization and analysis of public opinion about state policy in the field and its practical results;
