About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2006 No. 63

Based on the paragraph of the sixteenth Item 1 of article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2004 "About notariate and notarial activities" the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 305-Z

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2006 No. 63 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for making of notarial actions" the following changes:

1.1. to exclude from preamble of the word "and parts one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605,";

1.2. in the Instruction about procedure for making of notarial actions approved by this resolution:

1.2.1. from part two of Item 2 of the word "and also consent, refusal which are drawn up according to part two of Item 13 of this Instruction" to exclude;

1.2.2. add Item 10-1 with parts of the following content:

"If the statement contains request of the heir for issue of the certificate on the right to inheritance or request of the surviving spouse (the former spouse) for issue of the certificate on the property right to shares in the property acquired by spouses during marriage, and electronic copies of such certificates on paper are subject to the direction in the state information system "Unified Register of Property" for state registration concerning the parcel of land, such statement also shall contain data on need (lack of need) of production of the land cadastral plan of the parcel of land.

If the statement contains request of spouses (the former spouses) for issue of the certificate on the property right to shares in the property acquired by spouses during marriage concerning real estate, such statement also shall contain:
