1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for depreciation of fixed assets and intangible assets approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus of February 27, 2009 No. 37/18/6, the following changes:
1.1. third of Item 1 to add part with the offer of the following content: "Features of depreciation of the fixed assets received on separate agreement types of free use are established by Chapter 8 of this Instruction.";
1.2. in Item 45:
in paragraph seven of part two of the word "About Approval of the Instruction about Procedure for Maintaining the Register of Sports Constructions, the Bases and Procedure for Inclusion in It (Exception of It) for Sports Constructions" shall be replaced with words "About the register of sports constructions";
in part three of the word "operating expenses" shall be replaced with words "in structure of other expenses on the current activities, other expenses";
1.3. add the Instruction with Chapter 8 of the following content:
"CHAPTER 8. FEATURES OF THE DEPRECIATION OF THE FIXED ASSETS RECEIVED ON SEPARATE AGREEMENT TYPES OF FREE USE
