Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 2020 No. 622 "About approval of the Procedure for forming of the list of the faces tied with implementation of terrorist activities or to which the international sanctions" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, are applied 2020 No. 60, of the Art. 1904) and of September 9, 2020 No. 850 "Some questions of the organization of financial monitoring" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 78, the Art. 2508) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 2020 No. 622 and of September 9, 2020 No. 850

1. According to the procedure of forming of the list of the faces tied with implementation of terrorist activities or to which the international sanctions, No. 622 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 2020 are applied:

1) item 4 to add with the subitem 3 following of content:

"3) inclusion of the organization (group) in the list of the terrorist organizations (groups).";

Item 6 in paragraph one the word and figure "subitem 1" shall be replaced with words 2) also in figures "subitems 1 and 3";

3) Item 8 to add with the subitem 3 following of content:

"3) exception of the organization (group) of the list of the terrorist organizations (groups).";
