About features of delivery of fruit and vegetable products for republican state needs

For the purpose of ensuring food security of the republic I decide:

1. JSC Belagroprombank and JSC ASB Belarusbank (further - banks) grant to suppliers * the loans for a period of up to one year for advance payment (advance payments) under delivery agreements of fruit and vegetable products ** from stabilization funds of goods for republican state needs (further - the delivery agreement) for the interseasonal period *** in the amount of no more than 30 percent of cost of the fruit and vegetable products specified in the delivery agreement, including tax value added (further - the credits).

The loans are granted in Belarusian rubles with interest payment for use of them in the amount of 3 annual interest rates.

Compensation of the losses to banks connected with loan granting is made during the period of charge of percent on decisions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided on other industries of national economy in the amount of 100 percent of the refunding rate of National Bank operating (taking into account its change) in the corresponding period of charge of percent.

Manager of the means of the republican budget specified in part three of this Item is the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade.

Provision of compensation of the losses to banks connected with loan granting is performed based on data on the amounts of the added interest for using the credits and subjects of compensation of the losses directed by banks no later than the 20th following for reporting, to the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade.
