About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses

1) the name of the Section V after the word "health cares" to add with the word "educations";
2) Article 74-1 to recognize invalid;
3) in Chapter 15:
a) state the name in the following edition: "Chapter 15. Violations against procedure for management in education, protection of morality and historical and cultural heritage, the legislation on languages";
b) add with Articles 102-2, 102-3, 102-4 of the following content:
"Article 102-2. Violation or illegal restriction of right to education and stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic about formation of the rights and freedoms of the studying educational organizations
1. Violation or illegal restriction of the right to public and free education, and also non-compliance or illegal restriction stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic about formation of the rights and freedoms of the studying educational organizations or violation of established procedure of realization of the specified rights and freedoms -
attract the prevention.
2. The acts provided by part of 1 this Article in case of their not elimination within one month after pronouncement of the prevention or repeated making within six months -
attract imposing of penalty on physical and officials in the amount of 55 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 170 settlement indicators.
