About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning aquaculture, agro-industrial complex, power industry and redistribution of functions of separate central state bodies

Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1. In the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 2003:

"The introduction, reintroduction and hybridization of fish resources and other water animals in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan are allowed in the research and economic purposes on permission of authorized body in the field of fishery based on biological reasons.";

7) in Article 250:

in part one:

replace the words "Import", "export" respectively with the words "Import", "export and (or) re-export";

after the word of "animals" to add with words ", except for fish resources and other water animals";
