About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193
Based on article 38 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z
1. Bring in the Regulations of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193, the following changes:
add Regulations with Item 6-1 of the following content:
"6-1. Deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
independently within the competence make decisions on the questions brought in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus also orders instruct, provide control of their execution, make offers on responsibility measures to perpetrators for non-execution or improper execution of these decisions (instructions, orders);
before introduction of offers for consideration of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus estimate sufficiency of the measures taken according to the solution of questions at the level of the head of the supervised state body independently or together with other heads of state bodies and also possibility of the solution of the questions brought in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus state body independently or together with other state bodies;
will organize, as a rule without additional correspondence, discussion of the offers and documents made in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus with management of state bodies and other state organizations, the other persons having wide practical experience of managerial work and also in need of their completion in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.";
to add Item 8 after part four with parts of the following content:
