About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of January 13, 2017 No. 14
Based on part 1 of Article 102 of the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Belarus and subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in Item 6 of the Instruction on procedure of payments and expense recoveries by convicts on their content approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of January 13, 2017 No. 14, the following changes:
in subitem 6.1 of the word "the employees and civil personnel of the organizations participating" shall be replaced with words "persons involved";
state subitem 6.2 in the following edition:
"6.2. acquisition of food;";
add Item with subitem 6.6 of the following content:
"6.6. other current expenses on acquisition of materials and objects as a part of the current assets used for the economic purposes (the table and kitchen ware, furniture, the equipment and stock relating to objects as a part of the current assets used for storage of food, cooking of content).".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
