1. Approve Regulations of carrying out in 2007 of auctions for sale of special permissions to use of natural resources which is applied.
2. To the public geological service (Proskuryakov O. A.) provide provision of this order on state registration in Ministry of Justice.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister Glazunov S. M.

1. The regulations of holding auctions for sale of special permissions to use of natural resources (further - Regulations) are developed according to Items 8, 17 Procedures for the carrying out in 2007 auctions for sale of special permissions to use of natural resources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 4, 2007 N611 (further - the Procedure), and for the purpose of creation of the transparent competitive mechanism of pricing which will provide equal conditions of participation in auctions to buyers and realization of special permissions at the best prices of demand.
2. These Regulations establish the procedure of holding the auction selling special permissions to use of natural resources (daleerazresheniye).
