About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" concerning refining of procedures of tender on judgeship and the judge's business trips

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 31, Art. 545 with the following changes) the following changes:

1) in Article 74:

to state Items 1 and 3 of part five in the following edition:

"1) gained at least 75 percent of the greatest possible point for testing on general knowledge in the field of the right and the corresponding specialization of court";

"3) successfully passed test on cognitive capabilities and history of the Ukrainian statehood. Successful passing the introduction is considered the candidate of average admissible point of the testing of rather cognitive capabilities and stories of the Ukrainian statehood established by the Highest qualification commission of judges of Ukraine";

the paragraph one of part six to state in the following edition:

"6. The highest qualification commission of judges of Ukraine establishes lowest passing score of qualification examination which cannot be lower than 75 percent of the greatest possible point for the corresponding testing (except testing of rather cognitive capabilities and history of the Ukrainian statehood) and accomplishment of practical task of qualification examination";
