About introduction of amendments to some Laws of Ukraine concerning development of cooperation of territorial communities

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. "About local self-government in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 24, of Art. 170 with the following changes) to state Item 33-1 of part one of article 26 of the Law of Ukraine in the following edition:

"33-1) decision making about provision of consent to the organization of cooperation of territorial communities, accession to cooperation in the forms determined by article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About cooperation of territorial communities", approval of the draft agreement about cooperation, the additional Treaty of Accession to cooperation and other decisions connected with implementation according to the specified Law of cooperation of territorial communities".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About cooperation of territorial communities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 34, Art. 1167 with the following changes):

Item of 1 part one of Article 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1) the agreement on cooperation agreement on conditions of cooperation of territorial communities determining form of cooperation (combination of several forms of cooperation), obligations and responsibility of the parties - subjects of cooperation, sources and amounts of its financing";

Part one of Article 3 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1. Subjects of cooperation are territorial communities.

Territorial communities perform cooperation through local government bodies";

3) in Article 4:

add part one with Item 6 of the following content:

"6) formation of agglomeration according to the procedure, established by the law";

in part third the words "elements of several forms" shall be replaced with words "several forms";
