About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning notarial activities

2) in Article 86:
a) in the name of the word "judicially" to exclude;
b) add with Item 5 of the following content:
"5. The size of the alimony collected on minor children according to the procedure of the notarial order is determined according to Item 1 of this Article.";
Article 111 to state 3) in the following edition:
"Article 111. Collection of the alimony
1. In the absence of the agreement on payment of the alimony the family members specified in Articles 85-104 of this Code having the right to take a legal action with the requirement about collection of the alimony.
2. Collection of the alimony for content of minor children according to the requirements which are not connected with establishment, contest of paternity (motherhood) or need of involvement of the third parties is performed according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation in the field of notarial activities.";
4) in Article 112:
a) "court" to add Item 1 after the word with the words "or to the notary";
b) state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. The alimony is sentenced from the moment of appeal to the court or to the notary.
