About establishment of the amount of payments to some categories of citizens which suffered as a result of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Establish the following amount of payments to some categories of citizens which suffered as a result of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash:

1) the monthly monetary assistance on children before receipt them in school (is not more senior than 8-year age):

on children who visit preschool educational institutions, aged up to 3 years - 13 hryvnias 50 kopeks, aged from 3 up to 8 years - 26 hryvnias 50 kopeks;

on children who do not visit preschool educational institutions aged up to 3 years - 49 hryvnias, aged from 3 years before receipt them in school - 72 hryvnias 50 kopeks;

2) monthly payment irrespective of other payments on each child of school age which is evacuated from exclusion zone or was born after April 26, 1986 from the father who for a while approach of pregnancy of mother had the reasons belongs to the 1 or 2 category, or mother who for the period of approach or during pregnancy had the reasons belongs to the 1 or 2 category, and also on each child who lived in zone of unconditional (obligatory) settling out from the moment of accident before adoption of the resolution on settling out from it, - 16 hryvnias 50 kopeks;

3) monthly payment to families on each child of school age who became disabled person or is on dispensary accounting in connection with disease as a result of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, and also to children of school age whose parents became disabled people of I or II groups or died as a result of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, instead of the payment provided by subitem 2 of this Item if such children are not on complete state providing, - 32 hryvnias;
