For the purpose of settlement of provision of right to use the state pasturable grounds by local government bodies according to administrative-territorial reform at the level of ayylny aimags and the cities, being guided by article 11 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About administrative and territorial units at the level of ayylny aimags and the cities of the Kyrgyz Republic", the paragraph to the fourth parts 2 of article 14 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About pastures", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) Standard regulations on procedure for provision of right to use by pasturable resources in other purposes which are not connected with cattle pasture according to appendix 1;

2) Standard regulations on procedure for establishment of collection for use of pastures according to appendix 2;

3) the Standard form of the pasturable ticket according to appendix 3;

4) Standard regulations on powers of local government bodies in the field of management of the state pastures of the ayylny aimag or the city according to appendix 4.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About pastures" of June 19, 2009 No. 386 the following changes:
