About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2023 No. 726
Based on subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on procedure for determination of the amount of the rent when leasing the real estate approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 16, 2023 No. 138, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2023 No. 726 "About establishment of additional decreasing coefficients to base rate of the rent" the following changes:
to add subitem 1.1 of Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"The Belarusian batch "White Russia" and its organizational structures for January 1, 2025 according to the list according to appendix 2;";
in part three of Item 1-1 of the word to "appendix 2" shall be replaced with words to "appendix 3";
in signature stamp of appendix 2 of the word "Appendix 2" shall be replaced with words "Appendix 3";
add the resolution with appendix 2 it (is applied).
2. Lease agreements of the real estate specified in appendix 2 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2023 No. 726, are subject to reduction in compliance with this resolution in a month.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
