The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Penitentiary code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, Art. No. 3-4, 21):

Part the second Article 60-1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. Freedoms condemned to restriction have the right to appointment and receipt of pension according to the legislation on provision of pensions taking into account features of appointment and pension payment to persons condemned to restriction of freedom for making of the criminal offense provided by parts two and third Article 109 and article 258-2 of the Criminal code of Ukraine.

The administration of correction center which carries out punishment provides the information to the Pension fund of Ukraine about the pensioners condemned to restriction of freedom for making of the criminal offense provided by parts two and third Article 109, article 258-2 of the Criminal code of Ukraine not later than in three days after receipt of the judgment, and about persons who acquired pension entitlement in term of imprisonment - in case of the submission of documents by such persons for award of pension according to the procedure provided by part three of this Article";

Part the second Article 122 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. Convicts to imprisonment have the right to appointment and receipt of pension according to the legislation on provision of pensions taking into account features of appointment and pension payment to persons condemned to imprisonment for making of the criminal offense provided by Articles 109, of 110, 110-2, 111, parts three - the eighth Article 111-1, Articles 111-2, 113, of 114, 114-1, 258, 258-2, 258-3, 258-5, 260, of 437, of 438, of 441, of 442, 442-1, 447 Criminal codes of Ukraine.
