About introduction of amendments to article 212 of the Family code of Ukraine concerning determination of persons who cannot be adoptive parents

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in part one of article 212 of the Family code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 21-22, 135) such changes:

5, 8 and 10 to state Items in the following edition:

"Mental disturbances, including owing to the use of psychoactive agents which availability is established on the bases provided by the Law of Ukraine "About mental health services" and other laws of Ukraine, according to the procedure, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine have 5)";

"Diseases, frustration or conditions which list is approved by the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of health care which are established by results of the medical examination performed according to the procedure, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine have 8)";

"10) criminal offenses against life and health, will, honor and advantage, sexual freedom and sexual integrity of person, against public safety, public order and morality, in the field of drug trafficking, psychotropic substances, their analogs or precursors, the world, safety of mankind and the international law and order were condemned for crimes against bases of homeland security of Ukraine, and also for the crimes provided by Articles 164, of 166, of 167, of 169, of 181, 187 Criminal codes of Ukraine or have the outstanding or not removed in the procedure established by the law criminal record for making of other criminal offenses";

add with Items 14-16 of the following content:

"14) was made by domestic violence, violence on the basis of sex and administrative punishment for its making was applied to them;

15) are citizens of the state aggressor and/or state to which Ukraine applies sectoral sanctions;

16) are married to the citizen of the state aggressor and/or state to which Ukraine applies sectoral sanctions".
