About introduction of amendments to some Laws of Ukraine concerning features of privatization of the objects of the state-owned and utility property leased
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. In the Law of Ukraine "About management of objects of state-owned property" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 46, Art. 456 with the following changes):
1) in Article 4 part one:
in paragraph nine of the word and figures "belongs to the state or other economic society which 100 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state" shall be replaced with words "directly or indirectly belonging to the state";
in paragraph eleven:
words and figures "belongs to the state or other economic society which 100 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state" shall be replaced with words "directly or indirectly belong to the state";
add with the words "or on the corporeal right to alien property provided by the law";
the first offer of the paragraph of the twelfth to add with words and figures "or the economic society authorized by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine which 100 percent of shares (shares) directly or indirectly belong to the state";
In paragraph one of part one of Article 11 of the word "belong to the state" shall be replaced with words 2) "directly or indirectly belong to the state".
2. "About government assistance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 34, of Art. 1173 with the following changes) to state Item of 1 part two of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine to subjects of managing in the following edition:
