About introduction of amendments to some Laws of Ukraine concerning population requirements satisfaction in transportations in the conditions of warlike situation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. "About the humanitarian assistance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 51, Art. 451 with the following changes) to add the article 15 "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with Items 3-9 and 3-10 of the following content:

"3-9. Determine that during action of martial law imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", the approved Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX and within 12 months from the date of its termination or cancellation:

acquirers of the humanitarian assistance, except the acquirers of the humanitarian assistance determined by article 1 of this Law for provision of services on transportation of passengers, including preferential categories of citizens, on bus routes public and/or routes (lines) of urban electric transportation the utility companies or economic societies which 100 percent of shares (shares) belong to the corresponding territorial communities, formed by the basis or transformation of the utility companies are and are their legal successors who are automobile carriers and/or carriers of urban electric transportation to which the humanitarian aid determined by paragraphs the third and fourth this Item is provided;
