Item 4 of Article 4

Release into the stream of commerce on single customs area of the Customs union of grain is not allowed if content in it residual amounts of active ingredients of the pesticides registered according to the procedure established by the legislation of state member of the Customs union, and specified in appendices 2, of 4, 6 to this technical regulation exceeds admissible levels

Item 5 of Article 4

The fertilizers used in case of grain production shall conform to requirements of the legislation of the Customs union, and before entry into force of the corresponding technical regulations of the Customs union - to requirements of the legislation of state member of the Customs union

Item 6 of Article 4

Storage of grain is performed in the granaries ensuring safety of grain and safety of its consumer properties in case of observance of the requirements to processes of storage of grain established by this technical regulation and also the storage conditions established by the national legal system of state member of the Customs union

Item 6 of Article 11

The workers occupied at works which are connected with production (production) of food products and in case of which accomplishment direct contacts of workers with food (food) staples and (or) food products are performed pass obligatory preliminary in case of revenues to work and periodic medical examinations according to the legislation of state member of the Customs union

Item 2 of Article 12

The water in different aggregate states used in production process (production) of food products shall conform to the following requirements:

1) the water used in production process (production) of food products and which is directly contacting to food (food) staples and materials of packaging shall conform to the requirements to drinking water established by the legislation of state member of the Customs union;

2) the vapor used in production process (production) of food products and which is directly contacting to food (food) staples and materials of packaging shall not be source of pollution of food products;

3) the ice used in production (production) of foodstuff shall be made of the drinking water conforming to the requirements to drinking water established by the legislation of state member of the Customs union

Item 2 of Article 14

Production rooms in which production (production) of food products is performed shall be equipped:

1) natural or artificial lighting, to the relevant requirements established by the legislation of state member of the Customs union

Item 6 of Article 17

Cargo compartments of vehicles and containers shall be exposed to regular cleaning, sink, disinfection with the frequency necessary in order that cargo compartments of vehicles and containers could not be source of pollution of products. The water used for sink of internal surfaces of cargo compartments of vehicles and containers shall conform to the requirements to drinking water established by the legislation of state member of the Customs union

Item 10 of Article 17

The workers occupied at works which are connected with storage, transportation (transportation) and realization of food products and in case of which accomplishment direct contacts of workers with food (food) staples and (or) food products are performed pass obligatory preliminary in case of revenues to work and periodic medical examinations according to the legislation of state member of the Customs union

Item 2 of Article 18

The decision on possibility of use of the food products which are not conforming to requirements of this technical regulation and (or) technical regulations of the Customs union of separate types of food products, of forage animal is accepted by authorized bodies of the state veterinary supervision or other authorized persons according to the legislation of state member of the Customs union in the field of veterinary science

Item 8 of Article 18

In case of utilization of the food products which are not conforming to requirements of this technical regulation and (or) technical regulations of the Customs union of separate types of food products, including food products with the expired expiration dates according to the instruction of authorized body of the state control (supervision) of state member of the Customs union, the manufacturer and (or) the importer, and (or) the seller shall provide to such state control (supervision) body which took out the instruction about their utilizations, the document confirming the fact of utilization of such food products according to the procedure, established by the legislation of state member of the Customs union

Item 3 of Article 19

Productive animals whose state of health according to the legislation of state member of the Customs union, and also with the international treaties and acts constituting the right of the Union in the field of application of veterinary and sanitary measures allows to use products of their slaughter on the food purposes are allowed to slaughter for use on the food purposes

Item 6 of Article 19

Other not processed food (food) staples of animal origin intended for production (production) of food products, except for catch of water biological resources shall be received from productive animals whose state of health according to the legislation of state member of the Customs union, and also with the international treaties and acts constituting the right of the Customs union in the field of application of veterinary and sanitary measures allows to use such raw materials on the food purposes

Item 3 of Article 30

Conducting veterinary and sanitary examination and registration of its results are performed according to the legislation of state member of the Customs union, and also the Customs union agreement on veterinary and sanitary measures

Item 7 of Article 31

Within no more than 30 days from the moment of receipt of the statement for state registration of production facility the body for registration of production facilities shall perform compliance of the registered production facilities to the requirements to production process established in this technical regulation and (or) technical regulations of the Customs union on separate types of food products. Check is performed according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation state member of the Customs union
