About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the order state-owned property
For the purpose of optimization of procedure for alienation of state-owned property, procedures of provision of state-owned property in lease, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the questions regulating procedure for provision of state-owned property in lease, economic maintaining, operational management, free temporary use" of September 24, 2021 No. 183 the following changes:
in Regulations on the procedure for provision of state-owned property in lease approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 16:
state subitem 9 in the following edition:
"9) object of lease is the room/building over 1000 sq.m which is on balance of the state company;";
add with the subitem 12 of the following content:
"12) provision in lease is performed to physical person or legal entity, including foreign which under the agreement or other agreement of civil nature voluntarily and gratuitously transferred object to state-owned property, and also to person who under the agreement or the decision of the former owner used object.";
- add Chapter 4 with Item 30-1 of the following content:
"30-1. In lease agreements with persons specified in the subitem 12 of Item 16 of this provision, the lease term is established up to three years with possibility of prolongation. The rent is determined according to the instruction about procedure for charge of the rent for use of the state constructions, buildings, including administrative, approved by authorized body.".
