Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following changes:

"The owner of the automated information system (AIS) of the Unified register of offenses is the authorized body in the field of internal affairs.";

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About law-enforcement bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1994, No. 3, the Art. 76) the following change:
to add part one of Article 8 with Item 27 of the following content:
"27) to perform activities for maintaining the Unified register of offenses according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also to create general statistical data and in accordance with the established procedure to provide the information to other departments and instances.".
