About measures for consecutive continuation of reforms within the National project "Yashil Macon" and in management system the woods, and also to expansion of green zones

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of actions within the National project "Yashil Macon", performance of works on expansion of the areas of the woods and green zones, their effective operation and fight against desertification on system basis, and also maintaining and coordination of single state policy in this directions I decide:

I. Purposes

1. Determine since January 1, 2026 target indicators of increase in rooting, survival, resistance to wreckers and diseases of saplings of the trees and bushes planted within the National project "Yashil Macon":

(a) increase in 1,5 of time of amount of cultivation of the high-quality and guaranteed seeds of types of trees in the state forestry corresponding to climatic conditions of regions of the republic with use of modern methods of selection;

(b) creation of uterine plantations from types of the plants corresponding to climatic conditions of regions of the republic in seed laboratories;

(c) increase twice amount of the saplings delivered by the state forestry.

II. Initiatives within the National project "Yashil Macon"

2. Implement since October 1, 2025 the following mechanisms directed to increase in participation of the public in implementation of the National project "Yashil Macon", ensuring openness on the electronic platform "Yashil Macon" and digitalization providing:

(a) specifying of the specific territory (the region (city), the street, coordinates of the parcel of land) on which it is possible to plant trees at the initiative of the population, water supply, possibility of the subsequent leaving and types of trees;

(b) online informing the public on the carried-out works at the expense of the funds of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan allocated for the National project "Yashil Macon" on the basis of the principle "tracking of expenditure of each unit of money";
