1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Instruction about procedure and conditions of putting down of apostille" of November 18, 2010 No. 283 the following change:
in the Instruction about procedure and conditions of putting down of apostille approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add the Section I with Item 5-1 of the following content:
"5-1. The procedure for putting down of electronic apostille affirms the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic in coordination with the state bodies having powers on putting down of apostille.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
