Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bases of amnesty and procedure for its application" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2017, No. 1 (2), the Art. 7) the following changes:
regarding 1 Article 7:
a) add with Item 7-1 of the following content:
"7-1) financing of terrorist activities;";
b) add with Item 8-1 of the following content:
"8-1) public calls for implementation of terrorist activities;";
c) add with Item 11-1 of the following content:
"11-1) financing of organized groups and criminal societies;";
d) add with Item 13-1 of the following content:
"13-1) arms trafficking, ammunition;";
e) add with Item 15-1 of the following content:
"15-1) diversion;".
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
