About change of the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of May 30, 2014 No. 30

Based on paragraph one of Item 2 of Article 257, No. 129-Z "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus" and subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of Item 1 of article 259 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014

1. Bring in appendix 1 to the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of May 30, 2014 No. 30 "About Items of customs clearance" the following changes:

in Item 21:

state column 5 in the following edition:

"According to the request of Belyuvelirtorg open joint stock company from 8:30 till 17:00 daily, except days off and holidays";

state column 6 in the following edition:

"Customs transactions concerning the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and exported from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union specified in Section 2. 9, tables 1 and 3 of Section 2.10 of the single inventory to which measures of non-tariff regulation in trade with the third countries, stipulated in Item 4 Protocols on measures of non-tariff regulation are applied to the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014)";
