About questions of the organization of social protection of needy families

In pursuance of the Decree of August 23, 1994 NUP-938 "About Measures for Strengthening of Social Protection of Needy Families" and for the purpose of realization of organizational measures to destination and payment of financial support to needy families the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve Regulations on accounting treatment for needy families, appointments and payments of financial support to them according to appendix.

If necessary following the results of the IV quarter 1994 to make necessary amendments and amendments to the specified Provision.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan till September 1 to develop and approve procedure for allocation of budgetary and extrabudgetary funds for implementation of citizens of payments of financial support by self-government institutions to needy families and control of their target use.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas, areas and cities till September 15 of this year to transfer to the special accounts of self-government institutions of citizens of settlements, kishlaks, auls which are again opened in Sberbank branches, makhally allocated funds on payment of financial support to needy families.

4. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas, areas and cities, local financial bodies, territorial authorities on work, employment and social protection to give every possible practical and methodical help to self-government institutions of citizens in implementation of measures for rendering financial support to needy families by them.
