About introduction of temporary ban (moratorium) on licensing of educational activities for programs of the higher medical and pharmaceutical professional education
For the purpose of improvement of quality of preparation of medical and pharmaceutical personnel, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Impose temporary ban (moratorium) on licensing of educational activities for programs of the higher medical and pharmaceutical professional education from July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027, except for renewals, suspensions, renewals and cancellations of the license.
2. To the ministry of science, the higher education and innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic to develop and submit for approval in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic the draft decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic about modification of the regulatory legal act regulating the procedure of licensing of educational activities.
3. Recognize invalid:
1) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of temporary ban (moratorium) on licensing of educational activities for programs of the higher medical education" of November 22, 2021 No. 273;
2) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of temporary ban (moratorium) on licensing of educational activities for programs of the higher medical education" of November 22, 2021 No. 273" of August 12, 2022 No. 457.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
