In paragraph four of Item 8 and the paragraph the second Item 90-1 of the Regulations on procedure for the purpose of housing subsidies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 21, 1995 No. 848 "About simplification of procedure for provision to the population of subsidies for expense recovery for payment of housing and communal services, acquisition of the liquefied gas, solid and liquid oven household fuel" (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 2, Art. 76; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 69, Art. 2390; 2000, No. 5, Art. 178; 2021, No. 37, Art. 2203; 2022, No. 35, Art. 1906; 2023, No. 44, the Art. 2343, No. 104, the Art. 6232), words and figures "Minreintegration's order of December 22, 2022 No. 309" to replace with the word "Minrazvitiya".
2. In footnote "*" to the list of the types of activity relating to nature protection actions, No. 1147 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 17, 1996 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 18, Art. 505; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 76, of the Art. 4488), words and figures "Minreintegration's order of December 22, 2022 No. 309" to replace with the word "Minrazvitiya".
