About modification of the Regulations on the Department of Energy of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations on the Department of Energy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2020 No. 507 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 52, the Art. 1628) changes which are applied.

1. To exclude the subitem 34 of item 4.
2. Add Item 5 with the subitem 9 of the following content:
"9) is provided by functioning of internal control and performs internal audit in the Ministry of Energy, at the companies (in particular subjects of managing, the state share in which authorized capital exceeds 50 percent or constitutes the size which provides the right of decisive influence of the state to economic activity of such subjects of managing), in the organizations and the organizations relating to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Energy.".
3. To add Item 8 after paragraph two with the new paragraph of the following content:
"The orders of the Ministry of Energy which are administrative acts are issued, become effective, are carried out and terminate according to the procedure, determined by the Law of Ukraine "About ministerial procedure".".
