About introduction of amendments to articles 173.1 and 173.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

1) in Article 173.1:
a) state the name in the following edition:

b) the paragraph one of part one to state in the following edition:
"1. Education (creation, reorganization) of the legal entity or state registration of a person as an individual entrepreneur through figureheads or submission to the body performing state registration of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs this, the entailed entering into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or the Unified State Register of Private Entrepreneurs of information about figureheads -";
c) state the note in the following edition:
"Notes. 1. Figureheads in this Article, Articles 173.2 and 173.3 of this Code are understood as persons who are founders (participants) of the legal entity or governing bodies of the legal entity, individual entrepreneurs and by false representation or without the knowledge of which data on them were entered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or the Unified State Register of Private Entrepreneurs, faces which are governing bodies of the legal entity which have no purpose of management of the legal entity, and also persons who are individual entrepreneurs who have no purpose of conducting business activity.
2. Person who for the first time committed the crime provided by this Article or Article 173.2 of this Code, being figurehead, it is exempted from criminal liability for its making if it actively promoted disclosure and (or) investigation of this crime.";
2) in Article 173.2:
a) state the name in the following edition:
