1) in the paragraph the thirty eighth part one of Article 3.1 of the word of "students in the general education organizations" shall be replaced with words "persons aged up to 23 years studying in the general education organizations and the professional educational organizations";

2) in paragraph eleven of part one of Article 3.2 of the word of "students in the general education organizations" shall be replaced with words "persons aged up to 23 years studying in the general education organizations and the professional educational organizations".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since September 1, 2025.
