Bring in the Federal Law of January 10, 2006 No. 16-FZ "About the Special economic zone in the Kaliningrad region and about modification of some legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 3, Art. 280; 2011, No. 50, Art. 7351; 2015, No. 27, Art. 3998; 2017, No. 50, Art. 7564; 2018, No. 31, Art. 4859; 2023, No. 12, Art. 1897) following changes:
1) in Article 16.1:
a) add part 1 with the offer of the following content: "Such goods belong to objects of customs control.";
b) state part 2 in the following edition:
"2. The customs transactions concerning the goods specified regarding 1 this Article connected with confirmation of their status as goods of the Eurasian Economic Union are made prior to airborne transportation of such goods in the customs authorities located in places of departure in the territory of the Kaliningrad region or in customs authority in which region of activities there is sender of such goods. Concerning the goods sent in mailings from the territory of the Special economic zone on other part of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union, customs transactions connected with confirmation of their status as goods of the Eurasian Economic Union are made taking into account provisions of article 16.2 of this Federal Law.";
