1. The subitem 3 of Item 6 of the Instruction on procedure for use of transport (transportation), business and (or) other documents as the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 263, to state in the following edition:

"3) the civilian passenger airliners specified in Items 35 and 36 of the Section I of the list of types of goods which temporary finding and use on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union according to customs procedure of temporary import (admission) are allowed without payment of import customs duties, taxes (including conditions and deadlines of such temporary stay and use) and types of goods for which effective period of customs procedure of temporary import (admission) is shorter or more long than 2 years, the Council of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of April 22, 2024 No. 54, placed under customs procedure of temporary import (admission), and also placed under customs procedure of re-export for the purpose of completion of action of customs procedure of temporary import (admission), if earlier such goods when placing under customs procedure of temporary import (admission) were declared with provision of the statement.".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
