5) in Item 2 of Article 56:

a) to state the paragraph of the twenty sixth in the following edition:

"the state fee (which is subject to transfer in the place of state registration, making of legally significant actions or issues of documents) for making of legally significant actions by executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, officials of organizations and other organizations which financial provision of activities is performed at the expense of means of budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation, except for the legally significant actions made within delegated powers in the cases established by the Federal Laws which financial provision is performed at the expense of subventions from the federal budget if other is not provided by this Item, - according to the standard rate of 100 percent;";
