In recent years in our country large-scale work on enhancement of system of execution of court resolutions and acts of other bodies on the basis of the best foreign practices is carried out.
At the same time proceeding from modern requirements and world tendencies, there is need of enhancement of the legislation on execution of court resolutions and acts of other bodies regarding the prevention of any evasion from execution of court resolutions, strengthening of the authority and effectiveness of judicial authority, and also guaranteeing security of property and money of physical persons and legal entities.
This Law establishes maintaining single electronic base on enforcement proceedings, and also procedure according to which in case of absence at the debtor of property or the income on which collection can be turned and the measures for search of its property or the income taken by the state contractor all admissible the law were ineffectual, the restrictions set concerning the debtor during enforcement proceeding are subject to cancellation after complete debt repayment.
Also the changes and additions providing obligatory introduction of personal identification number of the claimant - physical person or identification taxpayer number of the claimant - the legal entity are made to the executive document when forming the executive document, and also representation and the direction to the parties of the executive documents issued based on court resolutions in electronic form.
