1. Paragraph two of Item 4.3.2 of subsection 4.3 of Section 4 of Fire safety regulations in case of operation of trunk oil pipelines of Ukraine, 151, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 23, 1997 at No. 496/2300, to state No. approved by the order of the State committee of oil, gas and oil-processing industry of Ukraine of August 18, 1997 in the following edition:

"Categories are determined by fire and explosion and fire risk by heads (technologists) of objects either the projecting organizations, or specialized research establishments".

2. To occupational safety and health administration, industrial safety, civil protection and social policy to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
