About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014 p., No. 54, Art. 1455; 2017 p., No. 47, Art. 1462, No. 73, Art. 2248), such changes:
add Item 5 with the subitem 17 of the following content:
"17) is provided by functioning of internal control and performs internal audit in the office of the Ministry, its territorial authorities, at the companies, in the organizations and the organizations relating to the sphere of management of Ministry of Justice.";
to state subitem 13-5 of Item 12 in the following edition:
"13-5) will organize internal control and internal audit and provides functioning of internal control and implementation of internal audit in the office of the Ministry, its territorial authorities, at the companies, in the organizations and the organizations relating to the sphere of management of Ministry of Justice;".
