According to Item of 1 part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine in connection with adoption of law of Ukraine "About ministerial procedure" of October 10, 2024 No. 4017-IX, for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of the legislation the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Bring in the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of October 21, 2021 No. 982 "About approval of the Procedure for issue, suspension of action and cancellation of the license for implementation of professional activity in the capital markets", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 03, 2021 at No. 1563/37185, the following changes:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in heading of the word "stop of action and cancellation of the license" "the stop and cancellation of the license";
2) in preamble of the word and figures "According to Item 13 parts one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", "shall be replaced with words also in figures "According to Items 1 and 17 of part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets",";
Shall be replaced with words 3) in Item 1 of the word "stop of action and cancellation of the license" "the stop and cancellation of the license".
