1. Determine that the organizations (except for National Bank, banks, "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company, the non-bank credit and financial organizations, banking groups, bank holdings, state-financed organizations), being loan recipients:

1.1. since July 1, 2025:

1.1.1. the cost of the property received from loaner specified in the agreement of free use is reflected on the debit of account 08 "Investments in non-current assets" and account 98 credit "Deferred revenues";

the created original cost of property is reflected on the debit of account 01 "Fixed assets" and to account 08 credit of "Investment in non-current assets";

1.1.2. amounts:

revaluations (revaluations, writedowns) property are reflected on the debit (credit) of accounts 01 "Fixed assets", 02nd "Fixed asset depreciation" and to the credit (debit) of account 98 "Deferred revenues";

impairments (impairment recovery) of property are reflected on the debit (credit) of account 98 "Deferred revenues" and to the credit (debit) of account 02 "Fixed asset depreciation";

1.1.3. reduction of deferred revenues by the amounts of the charged depreciation of property throughout terms of its useful use is reflected on the debit of account 98 "Deferred revenues" and to account 02 credit "Fixed asset depreciation";
