About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning equity in housing construction, highways and rendering services in transportation of persons with disability

Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1. In the Civil code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (General part) of December 27, 1994:

Article 235 to add 1) with Item 5 of the following content:

The relations connected with acquisition of property right or other corporeal rights of the physical, legal entity and (or) person performing activities according to cooperation agreement (particular partnership, consortium) to the apartment and (or) the non-residential premise or the individual apartment house, or their share in the field of equity in housing construction in the apartment apartment house under construction or complex of individual apartment houses are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About equity in housing construction".";

Article 380 to add 2) with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. The conclusion of any agreements connected with acquisition of property right or other corporeal rights of the physical, legal entity and (or) person performing activities according to cooperation agreement (particular partnership, consortium) to the apartment and (or) the non-residential premise or the individual apartment house, or their share in the field of equity in housing construction in the apartment apartment house under construction or complex of individual apartment houses without observance of requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About equity in housing construction is forbidden".";

Article 390 to add 3) with Item 8 of the following content:

"8. The conclusion of the provisional agreement connected with acquisition of property right or other corporeal rights of the physical, legal entity and (or) person performing activities according to cooperation agreement (particular partnership, consortium) to the apartment and (or) the non-residential premise or the individual apartment house, or their share in the field of equity in housing construction in the apartment apartment house under construction or complex of individual apartment houses without observance of requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About equity in housing construction is forbidden".".

2. In the Civil code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Special part) of July 1, 1999:

Article 651 to add 1) with Item 6 of the following content:

"6. 3. In the Criminal Code of Kazakhstan of July 3, 2014:

4. In the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 4, 2014:

6. In the Social code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 20, 2023:
