About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 9, 2024 No. 687 "About approval of Rules of implementation of public procurements"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 9, 2024 No. 687 "About approval of Rules of implementation of public procurements" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 35238) the following changes and amendment:

in Rules of implementation of the public procurements approved by the specified order:

2) indicator of the paid taxes;

3) finding of the potential supplier in the corresponding administrative and territorial unit in borders of area, the cities of republican value and the capital in the place of performance of works, rendering services;

4) placement by the potential supplier of the audited annual financial reporting in depositary of the financial reporting;

5) functional, technical, quality and operational characteristics of goods and (or) operating expenses, maintenance and repair of the purchased goods;

6) negative values;

7) finding of the potential supplier in the register of the Kazakhstan producers.";

add with Item 271-1 of the following content:

"271-1. If the potential supplier is in the register of the Kazakhstan producers, the web portal automatically appropriates conditional discount in the amount of 3 (three) percent.
