About introduction of amendments to the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About education" and "About professional education"

At the end of article 14.8-1.8 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About education" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2009, No. 9, Article 684 (volume I); 2024, No. 4, article 362, No. 5 (book I), Article 500; No. 120-VIIGD) point to replace the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 29, 2024 with semicolon and to add with Article 14.8-1.9 of the following content:
"14.8-1.9. The persons who lodged in the territories exempted from occupation and accepted in the public, local and private professional educational institutions in 2025/2026, 2026/2027, 2027/2028 academic years and also students in these educational institutions".
Article 2. Article 20.8 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About professional education" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2018, No. 6, Article 1152 (volume I); 2024, No. 5 (the book I), Article 501) to state in the following edition:
"20.8. Payment of tuition fee of persons with special needs in social protection during their paid training in professional educational institutions is performed from the government budget according to article 14.8-1 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About education".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since September 15, 2025.
