About introduction of amendments to the Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the state fee" and "About licenses and permissions"

1.2. In article 22.0.9.2 of figure "1100" to replace with figures "2500".

Article 2. Make the following changes to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About licenses and permissions" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 4, Article 632 (volume I); 2024, No. 6 (book I), Article 631, No. 7, Articles 747, 751, No. 8, Article 933; 2025, No. 1, Article 16; The Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 14, 2025 No. 139-VIIGD):

2.1. Add with Article 1.0.1-1 of the following content:

"1.0.1-1. subjects of licensing - the bodies granting licenses and permissions, the relevant state bodies, the companies drawing the conclusion (consent) to issue of licenses and permissions, and the bodies exercising control of observance of conditions of licenses and permissions;";

2.2. Under Article 3:

2.2.1. In Article 3.1 of the word "the bodies granting licenses and permissions" shall be replaced with words "subjects of licensing";
