Regulations on activities of top-level Group for children of Moldova

Chapter I. General provisions

1. This provision establishes procedure for the organization and activities of top-level Group for children of Moldova (further group).

2. The group is the consultative body created under the Government for the purpose of realization of provisions of the Protocol on cooperation in the field of realization of actions of community for support of the children who are in difficult situation.

3. The group is responsible for development and deployment of National strategy in actions of community for support of the children who are in difficult situation and the Actions plan on its realization (further - National strategy and the Actions plan).

4. In the activities the group is guided by the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova and this provision.

Chapter II. Structure of group

5. The group consists of 8 members - representatives of the public authorities and organizations given authority in the field of protection of the rights of the child.

6. Structural structure of group:

a) the chairman - the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova;
