About measures for enhancement of system of enforcement proceeding and activities of legal executives in the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of increase in level of performance excellence of the acts of courts and other executive documents which took legal effect, strengthenings of legality and law and order in the country, ensuring protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, legal entities, according to article 31-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic", article 71 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic I decide:

1. Enter from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2026 the aprobatsionny mode into system of enforcement proceeding and transfer functions and powers on forced execution of court resolutions and other executive documents from Judicial department under the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic in maintaining the Prosecutor General's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. To the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic to transfer to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic staff of legal executives, money allocated for their maintenance, buildings, constructions, vehicles, means of communication, information resources, documents, materials, cases and historical records connected with execution of court resolutions and other executive documents in a month.

3. To the Prosecutor General's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) to create Service of legal executives under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic in a month;

2) to provide successorship concerning the transferred functions, material resources and archive materials;

3) to provide implementation of actions within financing, provided by the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic, without exceeding of the established budgetary appropriations and the number of staff;

4) to take necessary measures for staffing and material equipment of divisions of forced execution of court resolutions and other executive documents, including the organization of retraining and advanced training of employees;
